Habitat
We have been living in four habitats for last quite sometime. First is the place where we sleep, second is the place where we are not supposed to sleep (office /workplace), and third is the moving enclosure which brings us out from the place of sleep to place of non-sleep. Fourth is the screen that en-lightens but causes other maladies.
Calcutta and outskirts are also changing – air, water, habitat. Hope, promise, aspiration, inspiration all abound. Bengal – the geo-graphical Bengal needs documentation. A tip or part of a screenplay: what is happening inside the mind of a young man in Calcutta now, who has come from muffsil town and also for those who hear about the new and emerging Calcutta.
